  • Frequently Asked Questions

What is the purpose of the campaign?
Some would say the purpose is to pay for the additional multipurpose building, and that will certainly be one of the outcomes of a successful campaign. But the greater purpose is to raise our church members' awareness of the role we each play in Advancing The Kingdom in our world. The building is a tool to help strengthen our worship, our discipleship, our fellowship and our mission in sharing the Gospel with the world.

How will building help us reach our community for Christ?
When Beulah moved to its present location here on the highway 20 years ago, it experienced an immediate surge in growth. Church growth analysts tell us that once you fi ll 80 percent of the capacity of your space, you stop growing. That statistic has been illustrated at Beulah. We need to provide additional educational space for every age group in our church. We have to get ready for the growth city planners have told us is coming our way.

There are practical improvements that will enhance our educational and worship ministries. We are adding restrooms and age-specific spaces that will improve the quality of special ministries we offer.

How will we pay for this?
We will pay for this building program by the sacrificial and generous gifts of our members over and above their budget contributions. The more sacrificial people are, the sooner we will retire the debt of this construction project and position ourselves for additional growth that may be needed in years to come.

    How can I help?
The beginning place for each person in our church is prayer. The most important part of the campaign is the focus on prayer. Each member should ask God what their role is to be over the next three years. Each member will be given many opportunities to learn all about the campaign. We all should pray and ask God what He wants us to do.
